課程目標
This course is a basic course for semiconductor physics and device applications. Students will understand basic concepts of solid state physics, carrier transport in semiconductors, p/n junctions, and MOSFET. This course is a prerequisite to the course of electronic, optoelectronic, and quantum devices for logic applications. 
課程要求
Homework (problem sets and simulation projects): 40%
Midterm exam: 30%
Final exam: 30%
