課程目標 |
積體電路(IC)將複雜的電路製作於晶片上，是目前電腦通訊與消費電子產品中不可或缺零件。本課程內容主要為數位CMOS積體電路設計與佈局之介紹，配合作業將令選修本課程同學習得積體電路設計的基本技術。
Integrated circuits put complicated circuitry on a miniature-scale die. They form an essential ingredient in popular computer, communications, and consumer products. This course will elaborate on the introduction of the logic and layout design of digital integrated circuits. There will be accompanying homework assignments focusing on hands-on design tool experiences, which complement the textbook and class notes.
