課程概述 |
可適性信號處理(Adaptive Signal Processing)是針對研究所學生所開設的理論課程。課程著重在根據輸入與想要訊號的統計特性設計濾波器。此為通訊與信號處理多個研究主題的基礎概念。著名的應用如adaptive equalization, spectrum analysis, adaptive noise cancellation, and adaptive beamforming。
課程主題如下:
1. Stochastic processes and models
2. Wiener filters
3. Linear prediction
4. Method of steepest descent
5. Least-mean-square adaptive filters
6. Block adaptive filters
7. Least Squares and Recursive Least Squares filters
8. Kalman filters
9. Adaptive beamforming

課程要求 |
1. 信號與系統: Finite-impulse response (FIR) filters, discrete-time Fourier transforms (DTFT), and z-transforms.
2. 線性代數: Orthogonality, inner product, eigen-decomposition, and Hermitian matrices.
3. 機率與統計: Probability density functions, Gaussian random variables, Gaussian random vectors, Gaussian processes, and wide-sense stationarity.
