Based on Prof. Kuo's 38-year experiences in the field of microelectronics,
this course has been taught at NTUEE for 28 years. About thousand students
have been successfully trained to work for
worldwide renowned high-tech companies as microelectronics engineers, with
an expertise in circuit design/device engineering. This course provides entry-
level fundamental knowledge of CMOS digital IC engineering, which is focused
around three basic elements- technology, device and circuit.
本課程是郭教授從事微電子研究38年的結晶.在台大電機已開過28年,
已培養出近千位微電子
工程師, 任職於國內外著名半導體公司, 從事digital IC 有關電路設計及元件工程的尖端
研發工作. 本課程係科學園區微電子工業入門基礎課程, 從數位IC的三元素--製程, 元
件, 電路出發, 深入淺出的介紹 digital IC的核心知識.
