課程概述 |
本課程是本人從事微電子研究28年的結晶.在台大電機已開過18年, 已培養出數百位微電子工程師, 任職於國內外著名半導體公司, 從事digital IC 有關電路設計及元件工程的尖端研發工作. 本課程係科學園區微電子工業入門基礎課程, 從數位IC的三元素--製程, 元件, 電路出發, 深入淺出的介紹digital IC的核心知識. Outline如下
