課程概述 |
表面電漿子來自電磁輻射與自由電子的交互作用,它發生在金屬/介質交界面或在金屬奈米結構中,並伴隨著次波長尺度內極大的光學近場。它在奈米光電、生物檢測科技上十分重要。本課程擬介紹表面電漿子之基本原理與最新應用。課程內容如下:
