Computer vision has been an active research topics with a wide range of applications such as image understanding, recognition, detection, segmentation, synthesis, drones, and self-driving cars. Recent developments in deep neural network have greatly advanced the performance of these state-of-the-art visual recognition systems. This course offers introduction and details of deep learning based methods for computer vision. During this course, students will learn fundamental and state-of-the-arts DLCV algorithms, with abilities to implement, train and debug their own deep neural networks for solving the associated tasks.
