課程概述 |
課程主題：批判治理知識與方法
（critical thinking on knowledge and method of governance）
法哲學與酷兒研究的結合並非隨機或偶然現象（例如Michel Foucault, Judith Butler），這兩種領域及研究取向都以探討「治理」為核心，提出對人、制度、倫理、權力、社會控制與肯認政治等問題的分析和解釋，並從中發展實踐的理路和策略。治理是多方面的，更涉及十分複雜的社會、文化與歷史等因素，我們應把治理看成複雜過程，而非單純現象或事實。如何對複雜過程進行分析和理解？涉及人與制度的治理是如何呈現的？治理與平等（肯認）等倫理價值有何關係？探討這些與治理相關的基本問題需要跨領域的方法，例如早期Butler的理論主要結合結構主義、精神分析及女性主義。這學期的課程主要針對跨領域的方法論而設計，透過兩種知識與方法（課程第二及第三部分）的研究取徑來思考有關人與制度的連繫，並邀請兩位專家學者分享研究成果和心得。在進入跨領域方法論的討論之前，課程安排第一部分為實例討論，從具體問題慢慢導入後設的倫理與制度性思考。

課程要求 |
評分與課程要求：
(1)修課同學應預習每週指定的文獻、參與討論，並且選定至少兩週課程指定的內容，在課堂上做隨堂口頭報告，報告時須提供大約500-1000字的報告大綱。
(2)修課同學每人輪流紀錄課程內容與討論，並且提供約2000-3000字左右書面紀錄。
(3)期中安排每人發表研究進度與內容，並在期末指定日期之前按規定繳交一篇約8000-10000字左右的研究論文。
(4)每位同學的指定文獻報告、課堂討論書面紀錄、期中個人發表及期末論文均列入學期總成績評量。
