課程概述

The multilateral trading system created by the World Trade Organization (WTO) operates as the fundamental to the world. As (de)globalization challenges increase, international economic relations among states have become more complex and unpredictable, impacting the development of the WTO.
The WTO law covers a wide range of trade issues. In the relevant contexts, WTO also reaches out to environment, public health, culture protection and human right. WTO contains an unique state-state dispute settlement mechanism.
