Course Description

This course is designed to consider key issues of new technology, corporate law, and constitutional rights in the 21st century, with a specific focus on how new tech and constitutional rights interact. Many examples will come from the US context, but focus will be global, not exclusively American. 

Course Objective
Two main goals:
1) Give students a broad-based understanding of key constitutional, economic, and human rights issues related to media law and new technology.
2) Improve students' ability to analyze these topics in English. 
Course Requirement
Basic English proficiency
Preferred but not required: Comparative law background
