課程概述 |
This course is designed to consider key issues of new technology, corporate law, and constitutional rights in the 21st century, with a specific focus on how new tech and constitutional rights interact. Many examples will come from the US context, but focus will be global, not exclusively American. |

課程目標 |
Two main goals:
1) Give students a broad-based understanding of key constitutional, economic, and human rights issues related to media law and new technology.
2) Improve students' ability to analyze these topics in English. |

Basic English proficiency
Preferred but not required: Comparative law background |
