課程概述 |
普通生物學是一門探討生命現象的科學，內容相當廣泛，涵蓋巨型分子、細胞、組織、器官和各系統的結構與功能、生命的遺傳、生物的分類、生命的起源及演化、能量的獲得、植物的運輸與營養、動物的行為以及生態與保育等主題，是生命科學相關學系同學必修的基礎課程，也是現代人必須具備之基本知識，以迎接二十一世紀高科技時代之來臨。本課程以講演的方式，配合精彩的投影片，在上下兩學期的課程中，分別教授不同領域的生物學主題，並深入淺出的介紹每一主題的重要概念與最新發展。 |

課程目標 |
期望藉由本課程宏觀的介紹，使學生體會生命的奧妙，對生命科學有一基礎認知，重視生命的整體意義。繼而引發學生對生命科學的興趣，繼續進修相關的各項專科高階課程，或在各自的專業上對生命奧秘的探討盡一份心力，以期早日瞭解生命現象的操作機制。 |
