講解：(1) 植物的構
造，包括
細胞、根、莖、葉及花、果實、
種
子等生殖器官；(2) 植物的生理
與
發育，包括光合作用、呼吸作
用、
水分吸收與運輸、養分運輸及植
物
的生長與發育；(3) 遺傳與演
化，
包括有絲分裂、減數分裂、傳統
遺
傳觀念、分子遺傳、遺傳工程技
術；(4)生命的歧異度，介紹植物
由低等至高等之演變； (5) 基礎
