課程概述 |
課程簡介:本課程首先介紹傳統的遺傳，之後才講解分子的遺傳。 授課內容包括：有絲分裂和減數分裂，孟德爾定律，性別的決定、性連遺傳和譜系分析，連鎖和互換， 染色體的變異，非孟德爾遺傳，基因的化學，複製，轉錄，轉譯，原核生物及噬菌體的遺傳與基因調節作用，真核生物之染色體的結構，真核生物的基因調節作用，轉移元素，基因的突變和修補，DNA重組工程，量的遺傳，以及族群遺傳學。 |
