Course Description |
課堂中將講授基因選殖、誘變、演化篩選、電腦模擬與基因迴路的設計原理,與生物技術與醫學研究等相關應用。課程中,藉由互動式學習模式與學生討論經典與近期的合成生物學研究報告,學生將依研究興趣及專長分組於期末提出新的合成生物學方法或應用。 |

學生暸解合成生物學的原理及應用,透過獨立思考及團隊合作構思嶄新的實驗技術、分析方法、以及在生技產業上的應用價值。 |
