Course Description |
課堂中將講授基因選殖、誘變、演化篩選、電腦模擬與基因迴路的設計原理,介紹並討論經典與近期的合成生物學研究報告,學生將依研究興趣及專長分組於期末提出新的合成生物學方法或應用。 |
Course Objective |
學生暸解合成生物學的原理及應用,透過獨立思考及團隊合作構思嶄新的實驗技術、分析方法、以及在生技產業上的應用價值。 |

1.學生須事前閱讀教材並於課堂上積極參與討論。
2.學生須已修習普通生物學以及下列任一課程:生物化學、分子生物學、遺傳學、細胞生物學、微生物學、計算機程式設計、生物資訊學
