Course Description

本課程為生技系大三學生的必修課程,首先介紹染色體的結構與組成,進而導引進入DNA的複製,重組與修復。之後以Central Dogma的理論架構,介紹基因的表現,包含轉錄,RNA 修飾,與轉譯等過程。最後介紹基因的調控與分子生物學的技術。
 

Course Objective
藉由具系統性的課程內容及深入淺出的授課方式,使學生徹底瞭解分子生物學之重要理論及機制,並深植生技研究與應用發展的基礎。
