課程概述 |
食物與飲食含有複雜的營養性與非營養性成分，對於基因與代謝恆定之影響具有組織特異性，且多層次(基因體genomics、轉譯體transcriptomics、蛋白質proteomics、代謝體metabolomics 等)的調節作用。營養基因體學乃是針對食物與基因之交互作用以及其影響健康或疾病之分子機制，以功能性基因體之技術，系統生物學之研究策略，建立模組，從而獲取深入而全面的了解，作為規劃個人化營養(personalized nutrition)與健康管理之實證基礎。 |

3. 學習先進國家之研究成果和經驗
