Course Description |
This course introduces the principles of isolation, purification and characterization of biomolecules. Topics include chemical and biochemical analysis of biomolecules, instrumental techniques of analysis, isolation and purification of biomolecules, applications of bioanalytical chemistry in medicine and biotechnology. |
