課程概述 |
介紹微生物的遺傳物質的組成、複製以及基因的表現與調節;突變與DNA 損傷及修補;質
體、病毒以及轉位子;細菌的重組作用(轉型作用、結合作用和傳導作用);嗜菌體遺傳和
真菌遺傳;由基因的作圖討論到基因體學。 |

從微生物的觀點瞭解遺傳物質的遺傳性和變異性,以及相關之應用。 |
課程要求 |
須先修過微生物學或生物學及生物化學,如修過遺傳學或分子生物學則更好 |
