This course covers the advanced topics of stress plant biology. |
|
課程目標 |
Topics:
1. Genome-wide and systematic approach in understanding plant stress physiology
2. Low temperature (freezing/ cold) stress response and tolerance in plants
3. Salt stress response and tolerance in plants
4. A green-based technology: fortification of food and phytoremediation/ Phytomining
5. Gene networks involved in abiotic stress response and tolerance
6. Heat stress, heat shock protein, heat shock factors and heat shock factors binding protein.
7. Plants and Water: Some Fundamentals
8. Sensing and Signaling of Water Stress: Some case studies using proline accumulation as a marker of stress response.
9. Developmental and functional changes upon nutrient deficiency
10. Nutrient stress: sugar sensing in higher plants
11. Plant-Microbes Interactions
