分子遺傳分析課程是對當代分子遺傳學上的幾種重要模式生物：酵母菌、果蠅、秀麗線蟲和阿拉伯芥，就其生物特性以及分子遺傳研究方法做完整的介紹。This course is designed to introduce four major model organisms in modern molecular genetics, the budding yeast, fruit fly, C. elegans and Arabidopsis.
除了一般性的講述性授課外，每一單元都會選擇各模式生物中的重要文獻在課堂討論，也會讓同學親手操作基本實驗。In addition to lecture teaching, novel and significant research articles are discussed in class. More interesting, students have the chance to perform basic experiments for each model system. 

1. 本校建議 A+ 比例上限為 20% ，非強制規定，授課教師可依課程要求調整，建議必修課程參考。
