Course Description |
植物形態形成學的課程內容以「廣義植物界」為範疇，包括藻類、菌類和陸生植物（特別是維管束植物），探討它們的營養構造和生殖構造的發育與形態形成，並探討內在基因與外在環境因子對這些構造的發育之影響。課程內容包含：
- 特定基因之分離
- 藻類的外形和樣式之功能、分化與調控
- 藻類的孢子形成、配子形成與其調控機制
- 藻類受光照影響之形態形成
- 開花植物受光照影響之形態形成
- 維管束植物之生長、發育與胚之形態形成
- 維管束植物之初生組織的起源與詳細構造；根尖和莖頂的形態形成
- 維管束植物之次生組織的起源與詳細構造；根和莖的形成層與次生組織之形態形成
- 開花植物之花的發育
- 開花植物之小孢子形成與花粉粒的發育
- 開花植物之大孢子形成與胚囊的發育
- 開花植物之果實的形態形成
- 菌類的形態形成

Course Objective |
本課程旨在教授同學如何觀察各個植物群之營養器官與生殖器官之發育與形態上的變化，進而教導同學這些發育與形態變化如何受植物體本身的基因和外界環境因子，如光、溫度與溼度變化的影響，最後教導同學如何從事這些觀察與研究。本課程教導同學認識植物生命的奧秘，並進而達到了解生命、愛護生命。 |

本課程需兩次期中考 (30%、30%) 、期末考 (30%)及專題報告 (10%)。
