課程概述 |
※課程概述(至少50字) Macromolecular structures are key to the answers to biological questions. These intrinsic structures confer biomolecules unique capabilities of catalysis and functions. This course is designed to provide students with fundamental aspects of biological molecular structure, focusing on proteins and nucleic acids in one, two, and three dimensions. In addition techniques, principles, and concepts of structural bioinformatics such as structural alignment, phylogeny, molecular interaction analysis, catalysis, multiresolutional analysis will be introduced and integrated into this course. |
課程目標 |
The goal of this course is to provide students a general but instructive picture of macromolecular structure in biology. This course aims to bring students an incentive and creative environment to structurally and mathematically study macromolecular structures, at atomic resolution. |

There is no prerequisite required for this class. The course is designed for students come from life science related disciplines. |
