課程概述 |
一、課程簡介:
「植物醣類代謝與基因調控」為一學分課程,每週授課時數為二小時,於九週內完成課程講授。課程針對植物中特有的主要醣類,包括sucrose, sugar alcohols, trehalose, galactosyl sucrose oligosaccharides, fructans, starch 及cell wall polysaccharides,分別就結構、弁遄B代謝路徑與調控機制,以及在食品、醫藥、工業等方面之應用進行介紹。此外,醣類本身如何調控基因表現以及影響碳源的分佈,也是課程的重點之一。
時間:每週五下午 1:20 ~ 3:10
