課程概述 |
In this lecture, students will know the role of plant cell culture and how to development a process for bioactive compound (secondary metabolites and exogenious proteins) production. And students will learn the research methods concerned from bioactive compound screening to thus isolation & identification. Some important cases of plant cell culture in bioindustry and trend-development in plant biotechnology will also be included in this lecture.
