課程概述

本課程內容涵蓋運動產業所包含之組成元素、功能、經濟環境影響和組織行為等相關理論。本課程欲使學生了解如何將管理學應用在運動產業上,使學生具備評估問題和解決與運動產業有關之問題的能力;並且有效地與目標公眾進行溝通和提供運動組織管理者之具體建議。 

課程目標
本課程之教學目標在於幫助學生達成以下目標:
1.根據專業知識的理論基礎,解釋何謂運動產業及其本質。
2.具備批判與獨立思考之能力,並解決運動產業各面向所可能面臨之挑戰與困境。
3.具備管理理論、領導理論、組織行為理論及其他應用在運動產業上之理論,並將理論應用在運動產業實務上。
4.在學術研究上,具備提出研究問題之能力及分析評論已發表之運動產業相關之學術研究文章。
5.了解國內外運動組織現況並參與其組織工作,了解運動產業趨勢如何影響運動組織運作。
