課程概述

本課程內容根據管理學的理論基礎,提供學生全面性的有關於體育活動之發展與執行過程,協助學生舉辦成功的體育活動,並具備舉辦體育活動所需要之相關技能,如制定時間表、預算分析、贊助企劃、活動地點分析、人力資源管理、消費者關係管理、電視轉播與合約等。 

課程目標
本課程之教學目標在於幫助學生達成以下目標:
1.有能力判斷舉辦各種類型的體育活動之原因。
2.能說明經由舉辦各類體育運動所產生之人力職缺和各項體育活動在行銷上所扮演的角色。
3.能有效用運用各種推廣體育活動之宣傳管道和方式
4.能理解並討論體育活動供給、需求與價錢之間的關聯性。
5.在學術研究上,具備提出研究問題之能力及分析評論已發表之運動產業相關之學術研究文章。
6.能理解運動贊助之要素並撰寫運動贊助企畫書。
