課程概述 |
結合化學、遺傳學、演化生物學、心理學等領域的知識,探索人類與生而來對美味的追求的源頭。除了文獻討論,市場探索以外,並加入了簡易食物製作和基因型鑑定的實驗課程, 讓學生對自身的個人歷史有更清楚的了解。 |
課程目標 |
主旨在於將科學訓練和應用融入生活,經由多元化的課程活動,落實“從做中學習”,提升學生的專注力、觀察力、溝通力,進而幫助學生建立日後在生活/職場中的自我期許。 |
