Course Description

THIS OPTIONAL COURSE IS OFFERED TO GRADUATE STUDENTS OF COLLEGE OF MEDICINE. THIS 1-YEAR-COURSE GIVES 2 CREDITS IN EACH SEMESTER.
STUDENTS SHOULD SELECT THE THROMBOSIS-RELATED RESEARCH PAPERS PUBLISHED IN SCI JOURNALS AND MAKE A PRESENTATION. THESE LITERATURES SHOULD BE ORGANIZED TO SLIDES AND STUDENTS GIVE AN ORAL PRESENTATION IN THE CLASS. ADVISER WILL INSTRUCT STUDENTS TO HELP THEM LEARN THE NEW FINDINGS AND RESEARCHING METHODS. THE THROMBOSIS-RELATED RESEARCH PAPERS INCLUDE THE TOPICS OF PHYSIOLOGY, PATHOLOGY, AND PHARMACOLOGY OF COAGULATING FACTORS, PLATELETS, ENDOTHELIAL CELLS, VASCULAR SMOOTH MUSCLE CELLS, INFLAMMATION CELLS, AND CANCER CELLS.
